The purpose of the present document is to define the terms and conditions under which FLUX:: SOFTWARE ENGINEERING, hereinafter referred to as the PUBLISHER, makes the site and the services available on the site available to its users, and the manner in which the user accesses the site and uses its services.

Both this site and the terms and conditions of its use are governed by French law, irrespective of the place of use. In the event of a dispute, and after all, attempts to find an amicable solution have failed, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction to hear the dispute.
